Zero-Bloat Lighthouse Content Storage Local SEO

› The Problem

Local businesses usually receive slow brochure sites that look acceptable but do not feed leads, bookings or daily operations.

› What I Built

I built a reusable website engine for PertoDaqui: Astro-first public sites with local SEO, controlled editable content, media handling and forms wired back into the operating dashboard.

› Core Capabilities

  • Astro-first pages with minimal client JavaScript.
  • Editable hero, services, images and slideshow content with layout guardrails.
  • Local SEO metadata, structured data and robots configuration.
  • Lead and quote forms connected to the PertoDaqui operational flow.
  • Client domain and content ownership treated as product requirements.

› Technical Decisions

01

Use Astro for the public surface and reserve React for truly interactive areas.

02

Separate editable content from structural layout to stop client edits breaking pages.

03

Keep performance and SEO as acceptance criteria, not post-launch clean-up.

04

Connect public forms directly to the dashboard instead of leaving leads in email.

› What This Demonstrates

Performance-oriented frontend delivery, productized local-business sites, safe client editing and integration between public website and operations.

› Limitations & Next Steps

  • Add more sector-specific templates.
  • Automate custom domain mapping through Cloudflare APIs.
